- Roast beef:
- 4 slices roast beef cooked rare
- 2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sesame oil
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 avocado, sliced in 1/2-inch wide strips
- 4 Maille® cornichons sliced in half lengthwise
- Maille® Old Style mustard cream:
- ½ cup whipping cream
- 2 tablespoons Maille® Old Style Mustard
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
