Rick’s Key West Pink Coleslaw Dressing

This recipe was inspired from the time that I lived in Key West while I was in the Air Force; will make enough for a bag of pre-shredded tri-colored coleslaw.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
  • ⅓ cup white sugar
  • 2 tablespoons vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Catalina salad dressing
  • ½ teaspoon seasoned salt
  • ¼ teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon celery salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk creamy salad dressing
  2. sugar
  3. vinegar
  4. Catalina salad dressing
  5. seasoned salt
  6. mustard
  7. celery salt
  8. and black pepper in a bowl until smooth and creamy.
