Rhubarb Sauce II

Description

Serve warm over vanilla ice cream, or serve on the side with Rhubarb Muffins.

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 4 cups thinly sliced rhubarb
  • ½ cup white sugar

Instructions

  1. In large skillet
  2. melt butter over high heat. Stir in rhubarb and sugar and continue to cook
  3. stirring constantly
  4. until tender
  5. 5 to 10 minutes. Serve warm.

Cook Time: 10 mins

Total Time: 15 mins
