  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon white vinegar
  • 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
  • 12 ounces white chocolate
  • 1 cup butter, softened
