Raw Thai Tomato Salad

I just started eating raw and am thinking of ways to make my food yummy. I made the Thai Peanut Sauce with Honey from Allrecipes and then used my own salad blend. It is so yummy.

Ingredients

  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons pine nuts
  • 10 almonds, or more to taste
  • 1 tablespoon dried goji berries
  • 1 tablespoon Thai peanut sauce, or more to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black sesame seeds
