Ramen Noodle Chicken Salad

Description

A light chicken salad recipe.

Ingredients

  • 1 (3 ounce) package ramen noodles
  • ½ cup peanut oil
  • 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 ½ tablespoons white sugar
  • ½ cup diced cooked chicken breast meat
  • 3 green onions, minced

Instructions

  1. Bring 2 cups of water to a boil in a saucepan; add noodles and cook
  2. stirring occasionally
  3. for 3 minutes. Drain.
  4. Mix peanut oil
  5. rice vinegar
  6. soy sauce
  7. and sugar together in a bowl.
  8. Toss dressing with chicken
  9. noodles
  10. and green onions. Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.

Cook Time: 10 mins

Total Time: 30 mins
