Description
Corned beef and cabbage is a traditional meal for luck on New Year’s Day. This is a modern twist on an old tradition.
Ingredients
- 1 (16 ounce) package bow-tie pasta
- 4 ounces shredded corned beef
- 4 ounces sauerkraut
- 3 ounces shredded Swiss cheese
- 3 ounces Thousand Island salad dressing
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook the bow-tie pasta at a boil
- stirring occasionally
- until cooked through yet firm to the bite
- about 12 minutes; drain.
- Mix pasta
- corned beef
- sauerkraut
- Swiss cheese
- and Thousand Island dressing together in a bowl until evenly coated.
