Quick BBQ Tuna Tacos

Description

Definitely one of my favorite quick and healthy recipes. Takes 10 minutes to make, and they are so tasty! A great fast food alternative. You could also serve the tuna in a baked potato instead of tortillas to save calories and fat.

Ingredients

  • 1 (5 ounce) can chunk light tuna in water, drained
  • 2 tablespoons light sour cream
  • 2 tablespoons barbeque sauce (such as Sweet Baby Ray’s® Sweet ‘n Spicy)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped dill pickle
  • 1 tablespoon chopped celery
  • 3 flour tortillas
  • 3 tablespoons sweet corn relish (such as H-E-B Relish that Corn®)
