Description
A homemade meal easy enough for a busy college student! Hearty beef and cheese with noodles and corn.
Ingredients
- 1 (12 ounce) package egg noodles
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 (26 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
- 1 (15.25 ounce) can whole kernel corn
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook until al dente
- 8 to 10 minutes; drain.
- Brown beef in a skillet over medium heat; drain extra grease.
- Mix in spaghetti sauce
- corn
- onion
- and cheese with the beef over medium heat. Add in noodles and stir together to heat through.
