Puppy Chow

Description

This recipe can be served as an appetizer or dessert.

Ingredients

• 9 cups crispy rice cereal squares
• ½ cup peanut butter
• 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
• 1 ½ cups confectioners’ sugar

Instructions

1. Melt chocolate in a saucepan over low heat
2. stirring until smooth. Stir in peanut butter and mix until smooth.
3. Remove from heat and add cereal. Stir until coated.
4. Pour powdered sugar into large resealable plastic bag. Add cereal and shake until well coated. Store in an airtight container.
