Pumpkin Coconut Bread

Description

This is a wonderful bread to serve during the fall holidays. The coconut makes it moist.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups white sugar
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
  • 3 ½ cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cloves
  • 1 ½ teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 1 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • ⅔ cup water
  • 1 cup flaked coconut
  • ½ cup chopped walnuts
