  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 3 tablespoons capers
  • ⅜ cup butter
  • 5 fluid ounces white wine
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • freshly ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • ½ lemon, juiced
