Description
Pork sausage, cabbage, potatoes, and onion make for a quick, delicious soup.
Ingredients
- 1 pound pork sausage
- 1 (14 ounce) can beef broth
- 2 cups water
- 2 teaspoons beef bouillon granules
- ½ head cabbage, finely chopped
- 3 potatoes, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, diced
- 1 tablespoon dried marjoram
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Place sausage in a large pot
- break apart
- and cook until evenly brown.
- Pour the broth and water into the pot with the sausage. Dissolve the beef bouillon granules in the liquid. Mix in the cabbage

- and garlic. Season with marjoram

- and pepper. Bring to a boil
- reduce heat to low
- and simmer 20 minutes.
