Poppy Seed Bundt Cake III

Description

This cake is very easy to make and tastes wonderful. You can use different pudding and cake mix combinations.

Ingredients

  • 1 (18.25 ounce) package yellow cake mix
  • 1 (3.4 ounce) package instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 cup water
  • ½ cup vegetable oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon almond extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease and flour a 10 inch Bundt pan.
  2. In a large bowl
  3. stir together cake mix
  4. pudding mix and poppy seeds. Make a well in the center and pour in water
  5. oil
  6. and eggs. Beat on low speed until blended. Scrape bowl
  7. and beat 4 minutes on medium speed. Pour batter into prepared pan.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 50 minutes
  9. or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the cake comes out clean. Let cool in pan for 10 minutes
  10. then turn out onto a wire rack and cool completely.
