Poppin’ Turkey Salad

Description

A great way to use that leftover turkey! The smoked paprika really makes it pop. If you’re looking for a turkey salad that’s a little different, you found it! Serve with cranberry sauce. Serve immediately or let sit in fridge for an hour to let the flavors soak in.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cubed cooked turkey
  • ¾ cup diced onion
  • ¾ cup diced celery
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped zesty pickles
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon ground black pepper
