Pizza Crust II

Description

Tasty pizza crust! Dough may be frozen after being rolled out to use at a later date. Cover it with the toppings of your choice.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups warm water (110 degrees F/45 degrees C)
  • ¼ cup white sugar
  • 3 (.25 ounce) packages active dry yeast
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • 11 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 6 tablespoons margarine
  • 1 tablespoon cornmeal
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ cup grated Parmigiano Reggiano cheese
