Pink Lady Cocktail

Description

Popular in the 1950s, this cocktail contains gin and grenadine. Make sure you serve it in a pretty glass!

Ingredients

  • 1 egg white
  • 1 teaspoon grenadine syrup
  • 1 teaspoon half-and-half cream
  • 1 (1.5 fluid ounce) jigger gin
  • 1 cup crushed ice

Instructions

  1. Pour the egg white
  2. grenadine syrup
  3. half-and-half
  4. and gin into a cocktail shaker over ice. Cover
  5. and shake like crazy until the outside of the shaker has frosted. Strain into a chilled glass to serve.
