Description
Sweet and tangy pineapple sorbet. Perfect for summer. The mint perks up the pineapple flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 pineapple – peeled, cored, and cut into chunks
- 1 (6 ounce) can pineapple juice
- ¾ cup white sugar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon vodka
- 2 leaves fresh mint
Instructions
- Place pineapple

- and mint in a food processor and process until smooth.
- Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and freeze according to manufacturer’s instructions
- about 20 minutes. Transfer to an airtight container; put in the freezer for at least 6 hours before serving so it can firm up.
