Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
  • 3 tablespoons sugar
  • ⅓ cup butter or margarine, melted
  • 4 (8 ounce) packages PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
  2. Mix crumbs
  3. butter
  4. and 3 tablespoons sugar until combined; press firmly onto the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.
  5. Beat cream cheese
  6. 1 cup sugar
  7. and vanilla in a mixing bowl until smooth. Add eggs
  8. one at a time
  9. mixing on low speed until just blended. Pour over crust.
  10. Bake in the preheated oven until center is almost set
  11. about 55 minutes. Loosen cake from the pan rim; cool before removing rim.
  12. Refrigerate for 4 hours before serving.
