Peanut Butter Haystacks

Description

Delicious is all I can say.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup butterscotch chips
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup salted peanuts
  • 2 cups chow mein noodles

Instructions

  1. Line a baking tray with waxed paper.
  2. Place butterscotch chips and peanut butter in the top of a double boiler over simmering water. Stir frequently
  3. scraping down the sides with a rubber spatula to avoid scorching
  4. until melted
  5. about 5 minutes.
  6. Stir noodles and peanuts into melted peanut butter mixture.
  7. Drop dough by forkfuls onto the prepared tray. Allow to cool at room temperature until set.
