Peanut Butter Fondue

Description

This decadent dessert fondue is incredibly rich and will satisfy both a sweet and salty craving. Serve with sliced bananas, apples, pound cake, angel food cake, or marshmallows.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup light corn syrup
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • ½ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup evaporated milk
  • 4 large marshmallows
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Stir brown sugar
  2. corn syrup
  3. and butter together in a small saucepan over low heat until butter is melted and mixture is combined
  4. about 5 minutes.
  5. Add peanut butter
  6. evaporated milk
  7. and marshmallows; cook
  8. stirring constantly
  9. until marshmallows are melted and mixture is smooth
  10. 3 to 5 minutes more.
  11. Stir vanilla into peanut butter mixture
  12. remove from heat
  13. and transfer mixture to a fondue pot.
