Peanut Butter & Banana Energy Bites

Description

Peanut butter, banana, cinnamon, and lots of oats make quick bite-size energy snacks.

Ingredients

  • 2 ½ cups Quaker® Oats (Quick or Old Fashioned, uncooked)
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • ¼ cup creamy or chunky peanut butter
  • 1 cup ripe mashed banana
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Place oats and cinnamon in large bowl; stir to blend well. Add mashed banana
  2. peanut butter and honey. Stir until ingredients are well blended.
  3. Shape into 24 (about 1-inch diameter) balls. Refrigerate
  4. covered
  5. until chilled. Store leftovers in refrigerator
  6. covered.
