Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

Description

Like a peanut butter and banana sandwich in liquid form. Makes a nice thick breakfast smoothie.

Ingredients

  • 1 banana
  • ⅛ cup peanut butter
  • ½ cup soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. In a blender
  2. combine banana
  3. peanut butter and soy milk. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and drizzle with honey for garnish.
