Description

Easy to prepare and great at parties. Chicken liver may be used instead of braunschweiger. Spread on crackers with your favorite cheeses.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces braunschweiger liver sausage
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 tablespoon minced onion
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl
  2. mix braunschweiger liver sausage
  3. cream cheese
  4. onion
  5. lemon juice
  6. Worcestershire sauce
  7. salt and pepper. Form into a ball shape. Wrap with plastic wrap. Chill in the refrigerator at least 1 hour before serving.
