Pan Fried Tuna Patty

Since I’m on Atkins, I’m always looking for something repeatable and delicious, and I’ve found it! We love this tuna patty at lunch. Highly Atkins/low-carb-friendly.

Ingredients

  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna packed in water, drained
  • 1 egg
  • ½ stalk celery, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • ¼ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Prep Time: 15 mins

Cook Time: 5 mins

Total Time: 20 mins
