Paleo Tunamole

Description

A quick and easy paleo meal that is also very satisfying. Serve on a bed of field greens or as a dip with cut-up vegetables.

  • 1 avocado, mashed
  • ½ lime, juiced
  • 1 (5 ounce) can tuna, drained
  • ¼ cup chopped tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons capers
  • 2 tablespoons sliced scallion
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste
