Overnight Steel-Cut Oats with Yogurt and Blueberries

Easy-to-make overnight steel-cut oats with stevia powder, yogurt, coconut milk, and blueberries.

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup steel-cut oats
  • 1 (8 ounce) container plain yogurt
  • 2 ounces fresh blueberries
  • ½ ounce stevia powder (such as Pure Via®)
  • 4 ½ ounces coconut milk

Instructions

  1. Place oats into the bottom of a pint-sized Mason jar. Stir in yogurt
  2. blueberries
  3. and stevia powder. Pour in coconut milk and stir to combine.
  4. Cover the jar and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
