Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • 4 tablespoons strawberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Stir yogurt

  3. strawberry jam
  4. and chia seeds together in a covered jar or container. Cover and refrigerate 8 hours to overnight.
