Overnight Light PB&J Oats

Description

This grab-and-go breakfast has it all: quick prep, easily customizable, great flavor with tons of health benefits. These oats are packed with whole grains, calcium, protein, and vitamins.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond milk
  • ¼ cup fresh raspberries
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter (such as PB2®)
  • 1 ½ teaspoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar

Instructions

  1. Mix almond milk
  2. raspberries
  3. rolled oats
  4. powdered peanut butter
  5. chia seeds
  6. and sugar together in a container. Cover and refrigerate until oats are soft
  7. 8 hours to overnight.
