Overnight Chai Oatmeal

Description

This tastes more like a dessert than breakfast! Top with almonds if you like.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup oats
  • 1 cup almond-coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons shredded coconut
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cardamom
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Combine oats
  2. almond-coconut milk
  3. chia seeds
  4. coconut
  5. cardamom
  6. cinnamon
  7. vanilla extract
  8. ginger
  9. and nutmeg in a bowl. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate
  10. 8 hours to overnight.
