Oven SPAM® Sandwiches

Description

These sandwiches are made with SPAM®, Velveeta®, relish, and mayonnaise. Very simple and easy, but very good.

Ingredients

  • 1 (12 ounce) can fully cooked luncheon meat (such as SPAM®), cubed
  • ¾ (1 pound) loaf processed cheese food (such as Velveeta®), cubed
  • 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
  • ½ cup creamy salad dressing (such as Miracle Whip®)
  • 8 hamburger buns, split

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  2. Stir together luncheon meat
  3. processed cheese
  4. relish
  5. and salad dressing in a bowl. Spoon filling into sandwich buns
  6. and wrap each sandwich individually in aluminum foil. Place sandwiches onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven until filling is hot
  8. and buns have toasted
  9. 10 to 15 minutes.

Total Time: 25 mins
