Oven Roasted Red Potatoes

Description

These roasted red potatoes are very easy to prepare and taste excellent!

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 ounce) envelope dry onion soup mix
  • 2 pounds red potatoes, halved
  • ⅓ cup olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  2. Combine red potatoes
  3. olive oil
  4. and soup mix in a large resealable plastic bag; seal bag and shake until potatoes are fully coated. Pour potatoes into a medium baking dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven
  6. stirring occasionally
  7. until potatoes are tender
  8. about 40 minutes.

Cook Time: 40 mins

Total Time: 55 mins
