Orange Vinaigrette

A low-fat vinaigrette recipe

Ingredients

  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon-style prepared mustard
  • 2 teaspoons honey
  • ⅛ teaspoon cracked black pepper

Instructions

  1. Combine orange juice
  2. vinegar
  3. mustard
  4. honey
  5. and pepper in a small jar with a lid. Cover and vigorously shake until combined. Store in the refrigerator for up to 1 week. Shake well before serving.
