Oatmeal Energy Balls

Description

I am a vegetarian and love to eat these before I go to the gym. I like to add extra whole peanuts sometimes. Substitute 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips for the raisins if desired. If you want to eat them on the go, wrap them in wax paper and tie with a bread tie. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups rolled oats
  • ¾ cup natural peanut butter
  • ½ cup raisins
  • 2 tablespoons honey

Instructions

  1. Mix oats
  2. peanut butter
  3. raisins
  4. and honey together with a fork in a bowl. Knead mixture by hand until fully incorporated; roll into 1-inch balls. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
