Description
This was my favorite barbecue sauce growing up. It’s vinegar-based with no ketchup. It’s very tangy, very thin, and wonderful on pork, chicken, and even tofu!
Ingredients
- 1 gallon white vinegar
- 1 ⅓ cups cayenne pepper
- 1 ⅛ cups ground black pepper
- ¾ cup mustard powder
- ½ cup salt
- 3 lemons
- 2 (10 fluid ounce) bottles Worcestershire sauce
