Description
Do not question whether or not to try this recipe. It is a nice pasta salad for any occasion that, once tasted, one cannot resist having some more.
Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti
- ½ cup sesame oil
- 7 tablespoons honey
- 6 tablespoons soy sauce
- ¼ cup corn oil
- 2 teaspoons red pepper flakes, or to taste
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ¾ cup chopped fresh cilantro, or more to taste
- ¾ cup shaved green onions, or more to taste
- ⅓ cup honey-roasted peanuts, or more to taste
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of lightly salted water to a boil. Cook spaghetti in the boiling water
- stirring occasionally until cooked through but firm to the bite
- about 12 minutes; drain.
- Mix spaghetti
- sesame oil
- honey
- soy sauce
- corn oil
- red pepper flakes
- and salt together in a large bowl until spaghetti is evenly coated. Cover bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Add cilantro
- green onions
- peanuts
- and sesame seeds; toss to combine.
