No-Tahini Hummus

Description

Hands-down my most favorite dip!

Ingredients

  • 1 (15 ounce) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon vegetable bouillon
  • 4 tablespoons water, or as needed
  • 1 teaspoon tamari (Optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine chickpeas
  2. garlic
  3. lemon zest
  4. lemon juice
  5. and bouillon in a food processor. Process until smooth. Add water as needed if hummus is too thick. Add tamari to taste.
