No-Peek Beef Stew

Description

A real standard in our household — great for company, and my husband always raves! NOOOOOO preparation (except opening cans!). Cooks all day in the slow cooker, and then YUM! Serve over rice or noodles.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat, cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 1 (10.5 ounce) can condensed French onion soup
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
  • ½ cup dry red wine

Instructions

  1. Place beef stew meat
  2. condensed French onion soup
  3. condensed cream of mushroom soup
  4. mushrooms
  5. and dry red wine into a slow cooker. Cover and cook on Low for 8 hours.

Cook Time: 8 hrs

Total Time: 8 hrs 28 mins
