No-Bake Cheesecake with Condensed Milk

Description

A simple, no-bake cheesecake that sets up in about 3 hours. Tastes delicious frozen or from the fridge with pie topping.

Ingredients

  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
  • 1 (14 ounce) can sweetened condensed milk
  • ⅓ cup lemon juice
  • 1 (9 inch) graham cracker pie crust

Instructions

  1. Beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy. Add condensed milk and mix until blended. Beat in lemon juice and blend until smooth. Transfer mixture into the graham cracker pie crust.
  2. Place in the refrigerator until set
  3. 3 to 4 hours.
