Morning Fruit Bowl

Description

This is a very healthy breakfast, for when you just want to start your day with something fresh in the summer. You can use maple syrup instead of agave, and add other nuts or fruits too.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted
  • 2 tablespoons agave nectar
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup toasted walnuts
  • 1 mango, chopped
  • 1 Gala apple, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons hemp seeds
