Mixed Fruit Smoothie with Goji Berries

I was trying to find a way to eat goji berries, which I found to be pretty bland on their own. This smoothie recipe worked well, and has the benefit of this nutrient-rich superfood.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen mixed fruit
  • 1 cup vanilla soy milk
  • 2 tablespoons dried goji berries
  • 1 teaspoon honey

Instructions

  1. Place mixed fruit
  2. soy milk
  3. goji berries
  4. and honey into a blender; process until smooth.
