Mississippi Roast – Slow Cooker Pepperoncini Pot Roast

Description

Slow cooker roast recipe, also called Pepperoncini Roast. Serve with egg noodles or mashed.

Ingredients

  • 1 (4 pound) beef chuck roast
  • ΒΌ cup butter
  • 5 pepperoncini peppers
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet dry au jus mix

Instructions

  1. Place roast in a slow cooker. Form a pocket in the top of the roast and place butter
  2. pepperoncini peppers
  3. ranch dressing mix
  4. and au jus mix in the pocket.
  5. Cook on Low for 8 hours.

Prep Time: 10 mins

Cook Time: 8 hrs

Total Time: 8 hrs 10 mins
