Quick and easy to make. A family favorite. The ketchup and brown sugar give these loaves a tangy flavor.
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- ½ cup quick cooking oats
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound ground beef
- ⅔ cup ketchup
- ¼ cup packed brown sugar
- 1 ½ teaspoons prepared mustard
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- Stir together cheese
- milk
- oats
- egg
- and salt in a large bowl. Mix in ground beef until well combined. Form mixture into 8 mini meatloaves; place in the prepared baking dish.
- Combine ketchup
- brown sugar
- and mustard in a small bowl; stir well. Spread over each meatloaf.
- Bake uncovered for 45 minutes. An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 160 degrees F (72 degrees C).
