Mexican Chip Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 (11 ounce) cans corn with red and green peppers (such as Green Giant® Mexicorn®), drained
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese, or to taste
  • 1 teaspoon grated onion, or to taste

Instructions

  1. Stir corn
  2. sour cream
  3. mayonnaise
  4. Cheddar cheese
  5. and onion together until evenly mixed.
