Description
This is another one of my family’s favorites. Everyone has always loved it…and it goes so well with any kind of meat.
Ingredients
- ¾ cup light olive oil
- ½ cup red wine vinegar
- 2 lemons, juiced
- 5 cloves garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon dried rosemary
- 1 teaspoon dried sage
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- crushed black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine olive oil
- vinegar
- lemon juice
- garlic
- rosemary
- sage
- thyme
- marjoram
- basil
- oregano
- garlic powder
- and pepper in a large
- shallow dish. Mix with a fork until mixture looks uniform.
