Mediterranean Lentil Patties

  • ½ bunch parsley, chopped
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups fine bread crumbs
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons ground cumin
  • 1 cup tahini
  • 1 cup water, or to taste
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • salt to taste
