Description
My family loves this recipe. It is quick and easy, and makes for a tasty weekday supper. I often double the sauce to serve over rice.
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons ketchup
- 6 pork chops, trimmed
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
- Thoroughly blend oil
- ketchup
- brown sugar
- Worcestershire sauce
- soy sauce
- and lemon juice in a small bowl.
- Place pork chops in a medium baking dish. Pour 1/2 of the sauce over chops.
- Bake pork chops in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Flip chop and cover with remaining sauce. Continue baking until the internal temperature of the chops reaches 145 degrees F (63 degrees C)
- about 30 minutes longer.
