Maple Sriracha Sauce

Description

A twist on the traditional sweet and spicy sauce. Add to pork, chicken, or tofu as a sauce or brush on while cooking for a glaze. Can be made vegan and/or gluten free. My kids and husband all love this!

Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 ½ cups maple syrup
  • ¾ cup sriracha sauce
  • ¼ cup soy sauce

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add maple syrup
  2. sriracha
  3. and soy sauce; whisk together until blended. Simmer until flavors combine
  4. about 10 minutes.

Prep Time: 5 mins

Cook Time: 10 mins

Total Time: 15 mins
