Low-Fat Tuna Salad with Edamame and Tomato

Description

Very simple edamame recipe that is extremely filling yet light! Eat as is, can make into sandwich or lettuce wrap or eat with a side of cucumbers, but I find it very filling on its own!

  • ½ cup shelled edamame

  • ¼ cup chopped cherry tomatoes
