Loosemeat Sandwiches I

Description

I don’t know if this is similar to the loosemeat sandwiches served at ‘Roseanne’s diner’, but it’s worth a try.

Ingredients

• 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
• 1 clove garlic, minced
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 pound lean ground beef
• ½ cup tomato juice
• 2 tablespoons brown sugar
• 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 teaspoons seasoning salt
• 1 teaspoon browning sauce
• ⅛ teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
• 4 hamburger buns
